5 Days To A Powerful Memory

"Trying to get better nutrition which is not only good for memory but for my entire health and daily performance"

The reason I enrolled in this Quest was that I actually start feeling losing memories, not focusing, easy to sidetracked.
Areas of my life in which I’ve noticed I am the one creating this situation. Self talk which was the biggest problem, such as I am getting old, loosing memory, need to retire…
I did not think it was my negative thoughts but factual situation which I created by my believe system.
Now I am catching my negative self-talk. Trying to get better nutrition which is not only good for memory but for my entire health and daily performance..
I am working as an education curator and provide many workshops and programs. I will share the skills I learned from this program. Thanks to Jim!
