I took this quest to improve my memory skills. Jim is an excellent coach in this quest. I started practicing what I have learned daily and went to buy those super brain foods that was discussed in this quest.
Honesty, I can say that this short quest truly helped me, I was teaching one of my friend on what I have learned, I believed that my memory has improved because when I was listening to my audiobook page 345 I can’t remember the name of one of the character in the book! I remember her name now. Lol 😆 “Amber”
I’m practicing my breathing technique because I need to feed my senior brain with oxygen. I do exercise for over an hour 4-5 times/week, but I still need to work on getting goodnight sleep. I work in the evening and I’m not home until midnight or after midnight.
I am very optimistic and positive that my memory will continue to improve by committing myself to practice, practice, practice. Practice makes Progress.
