I'm on day 4 of the programme and I see that I was actually doing a lot of things myself that were lowering my capacity. The biggest one: watching a short series while falling asleep thinking I was relaxing! Unconsciously (or not really) I also started the quest for sleep, stress management and sugar reduction. All I need now is the exercises... I already do some (swimming and yoga) but I feel that it's not the quantity of exercises that will change but their quality. I know now why I motivate myself: to get my brain going. As for "killing the ants"... if we cut down on sugar already... that should help! (I'm kidding... but it does!)
