I love the idea of the ANT lifestyle hack. Killing those ANTS. It works a lot in the competitive sports that I play in. 
At first sometimes I'll be down, but I just keep saying to myself... stay close and they will give you a chance to get back in. Typically it will happen!! The same can happen in my professional life - but never thought about it until I listened to lesson 4. I'm going to start practicing that now!! Good Luck
