"I have found that I am not tired at work"

Before this programme, I stayed up after my husband went to bed for an hour watching random programs online, which often was in fact three hours. Since starting this I have resisted this temptation and have almost made it to bed the same time as him- he goes to bed at 9pm and wakes at 6am every day. I have found that I am not tired at work. next focus is the brain food department, love my fried food but I have decided to use the pan for omelettes only and find alternative to fried food. jUst loving the inspiring moments with Jim. Thanks.
