I knew little about how to apply the FAST method of learning . Now I am trying to apply it to my every day life, especially the Teach someone. This is so true. I am definitely more motivated to get up every day and perform at a higher level than I was doing before. I have also started to exercise on a daily basis. I am glad that I have Joined the Mindvalley Group.
