Vishen Lakhiani's dad on his experience with 10x Fitness

Vishen's dad did 10x when he was 71.

It all started back in 2018 when he came home one day looking really sad after a health check.
Apparently, his doctor told him he's in really bad shape, and he started to worry that he might not see his grandkids grow up. ?
That day he was just 3 weeks away from turning 71 and Vishen decided to put him on the 10x protocol.

Can you guess how much weight he could press after a month of training?
