So I made a commitment and as Ronan walked me through those first few weeks, my goal for doing this program changed.
I embraced the reality that as a woman heading into her 54th year, I could no longer expect to get the results I used to get when I worked out for 2 hours in my 20's and 30's. AND I did not want to spend that kind of time in the gym.
My priorities have changed along with my lifestyle. I am an avid hiker, a paddleboarder, a fair-weather bicycle rider, and an adventure vacation enthusiast. I want to be STRONG well into my late 50's, 60's, and 70's to be able to continue THIS lifestyle.
The education I am getting from each and every session is invaluable. I find myself wondering throughout the day, "What will Ronan have for me today?" and actually looking forward to my workout! I have already started to see a gain in my strength, I have more energy, and I have an interest in continuing the journey.
