I would recommend it! It’s not a big-time commitment and even if you have very little experience in lifting weight you are guided through everything.
Nutrition support was also amazing and very comprehensive. But what I want I also want to say is that I totally recommend this to mums that aren’t feeling great after kids. I had so much back pain and I found it was so easy to injure myself picking up kids. Now that I have gotten stronger in this program I have no back pain at all! Plus I feel so much better. I can actually go on long walks carry my 1.5yo on my back with no problems at all!
