Before this quest my life was fine. I was in shape and healthy, but working out was taking up time I would rather dedicate to my child or other things in my life. After taking this quest I took my fitness to the next level and was able to cut down the time I worked out which is remarkable. I was also able to blend in other fitness programs I enjoy but spend much less time working out, for a better result overall.
If you can push yourself for 20 mins once a week, you will notice incredible gains without injury, and be able to take the time saved to enjoy other aspects of your life.
