The holistic approach with the science behind it, the nutrition counseling and the sleep aspects all contributed immensely. I have always been active with sports and the love of Tai Ji, hiking and kayaking.
In my Tai ji training we were led to believe it was a complete system. Weight training was never really emphasized mainly because the myth that you would get bulky and lose the elasticity of the muscles reducing the efficacy of the Tai ji training.
Now after going through the 10 X program I truly understand that that was a myth. That is done in this way it is perfect complimentary training to tai Jiangxi that one can apply the same Tai ji principles to 10 X to make it a whole being experience.
In the old days, when Tai ji was created, the people had hard physical jobs so they already had weight training in their daily lives. The art of Tai ji helped to offset that rigorous life. I plan to make 10X a part of my life. I highly recommend it.
