"I can now do full-body push ups as part of my routine"

I know people complain about the social networks and their algorithm but I must have been using mine properly because I saw this IG add about this 10x fitness program and registered for the Masterclass.
My mind was sparked with the information from Vishen and Ronan and after a few days of thinking I could just figure it out on my own.....I followed some Tony Robbins advice and decided to sign up to learn from people who knew how to do it BEST.

I've been on a trauma burnout recovery journey this past year and this program aligned with the progress I had been making. My focus was health and strength and optimizing as many things as possible.
The goal is to process all the BS and become the best version of myself. And the universe (or algorithm) brought this program to me......or me to the program.
Target and Arrow colliding as it were.

I'll be honest and say I haven't lost any weight. I have gained muscle.

I started in a size 8 sports bra and had to get a size 4 by 8 weeks in - dropped underbust from 34" to 32",
dropped my waist from 30" to 28",
hips and booty stayed at their 43".

I still want to gain more tone and strength but I'm so happy with the changes.

When I started, I had to do my push-up as an incline to the kitchen counter to maintain form.
I can now do full-body push ups as part of my routine (still working on the pullup).
I hadn't done a proper pushup in a decade!

But most importantly, and surprisingly.....as a recovering perfectionist, the absolute mindblowing freedom of having the goal of FAILURE be the outcome of success shattered some of the biggest fears I've had about so many things.
Not being good enough gets removed from your psyche.

The coaching involved to try, start somewhere, find out what DOESN'T work, reset and reload and then try again. Progress. Push yourself to see where you can get to and glory in the fact that you couldn't get it done.....yet.....(because when you do finish that full 12 reps at that biggest weight, holy the dopamine rush). I. Can't. Express. It. It's completely logical.
Success through following and paying attention to your failures makes sense. Not being good enough has been replaced with being good enough to get it done better each time. And because of that I'm the strongest and healthiest I've been. This was transformational. Mind, Body and Soul.

Thank you for finding me when I needed it most.
