Hi tribe. First of all I d like to thank everyone I met on this enlightening journey in therapy. Before I joined Mindvalley and had this instant attraction to the hypnotherapy course I knew I needed a personal change of direction and lifestyle but I needed a push to make it happen...... I found the course uplifting…

I have a lot on my plate, I love it but of course, in order to manage it all and still feel like I am thriving there is a need for systems to be in place. The practical exercises and immediately actionable tools on this quest were invaluable! I already had a productivity system and doing through this quest has not only…

As a mother of four and a former support teacher of pupils in the international school system, I was always very dedicated to healing challenged children and support their families. Before Lifebook, I had already manifested big dreams in my life in moments where I had been very clear on what I wanted and committed to getting it. I carried the weight of a court case I had…

I have decided I am going to be what I want. No doubt. I am the driver of my life. I am going to work on improving the things I don't like about my career but stay in it because other things in there make me happy. I am going (and this I am already doing) to be more loving to my kids. I feel already so fortunate to…

It was an incredible experience, I reconciled as a working mom and found my purpose to help many more people to find out a work-life balance and create new habits to have a better life. I'm thankfull for my new project as an entrepreneur. Thanks✨✨✨

Before this program I felt tired, overwhelmed and sad. I experienced a profound lack of meaning in the performance of my duties as an official in the field of social services. With Marisa Peer I have discovered a magical experience in hypnosis and have been able to reconnect with my inner child, commit myself to my…

I released 10.5 kg, trimmed 10 cm off my waist, and even noticed improvements in my hair and skin, which are now less oily-all while truly enjoying a process filled with fun and 'aha' moments!... I now feel free from hunger-driven anxiety, mood swings, and sugar crashes, and I rarely experience cravings for unhealthy foods.

Hi!!!! I'm Eliot and I want to share with you this experience. I want to say that before I got to do this amazing certification, I was dealing with a lot of issues about my health, especially in exercise. I always was telling myself that I'm not a gym person, not only because of my mental resistance but because doctors…
