My brain has in the last two - three years lost a huge & very scary amount of functional ability (memory, creativity, analytical capacity, etc). In part, I attribute this to the still unachieved desire to become a mother (for the first time), and the enormous energy sap the endeavor has had on me. I turned 48 a few…

I am so happy to have something confirmed which my Great Uncle used to say and practice relating to water - "Never drink water during a meal". I now have that question answered ie: advised to drink water 15 mins before a meal and 30 mins after to aid digestion.

I have a lot on my plate, I love it but of course, in order to manage it all and still feel like I am thriving there is a need for systems to be in place.
