Before the programme, I was struggling with my life purpose and direction. I started to see that there were parts of my life that I had be suppressing because I didn't think they were serving me. Antes de este programa no tenía confianza en mi capacidad de abundancia, pensaba que era algo más externo a mí que interno. I have been a professional chef for over 20 years and I have always been interested in personal growth. I studied massage therapy, reflexology and Reike in my 30s. It was one of the best programs I did online really. I feel grateful that I can share it further with clients. I specifically want to work with Wildfit clients as I am a Wildfit coach :-) I was impressed that such a course can be done online and it works :-) I was impressed by the technique Havening which I tried on…

Honestly, when I first started 10x, I wasn't a fan of strength training at all🥴 I was much more into yoga and swimming, and the thought of picking up dumbbells or doing intense workouts just wasn't my thing😪 But I knew deep down that if I wanted to stay healthy, I had to start focusing on strength training-so I did…
