🇪🇸Stories from Spain

Shortly after my Partner passed away in January, I found myself in Lockdown! Unable to shop for materials to make new clothes, or paint for a kitchen make-over, I began reusing the almond milk cartons as plant pots for cultivating butternut squash from seeds in a recent purchase for making soup. Inventing soup recipes…

I have a lot on my plate, I love it but of course, in order to manage it all and still feel like I am thriving there is a need for systems to be in place. The practical exercises and immediately actionable tools on this quest were invaluable! I already had a productivity system and doing through this quest has not only…

As a mother of four and a former support teacher of pupils in the international school system, I was always very dedicated to healing challenged children and support their families. Before Lifebook, I had already manifested big dreams in my life in moments where I had been very clear on what I wanted and committed to getting it. I am going (and this I am already doing) to be more loving to my kids. I feel already so fortunate to…

Hi!!!! I'm Eliot and I want to share with you this experience. I want to say that before I got to do this amazing certification, I was dealing with a lot of issues about my health, especially in exercise.
