I have a lot on my plate, I love it but of course, in order to manage it all and still feel like I am thriving there is a need for systems to be in place. I now feel free from hunger-driven anxiety, mood swings, and sugar crashes, and I rarely experience cravings for unhealthy foods.

Hi!!!! I'm Eliot and I want to share with you this experience. I want to say that before I got to do this amazing certification, I was dealing with a lot of issues about my health, especially in exercise.
