“You learn a lot about what food actually does to you”

Much to my surprise, through WildFit i came to learn that i had allergies that i hadn’t been aware of before and i was then able to let go of them.
Identifying the root cause that some foods had on her body, allowed me to then redirect my life with these in mind, dramatically reducing my allergic responses and also helping decrease joint pains without undertaking any additional practices apart from WildFit.
