I joined WildFit feeling that nothing could really work again. From the first day I realized how completely different and transformational WildFit really is. Without giving anything away, you definitely CAN do this and are successful from day one and continue to build self-esteem and success throughout the program.
This is NOT a weightloss program although you may/will likely lose weight it is a HEALTH program.
It took me the full 90 days to really see the depth and scope of the changes I experienced. This included a 26 lb. release of fat, a reframe from the old 'diet' mentality, freedom from trigger foods, an awareness of my food choices and how they make my body FEEL.
I also learned a ton about nutrition, the food industry's sneaky and dishonest dialogue, as well as my own internal dialogue around food. In addition, I have two to three extra hours a day because I am no longer oversleeping.
With my extra energy, I am now learning to fly a plane and have resumed ballroom dance, hiking and golf!
