"I lost 32 lbs"

Before starting the Wildfit challenge I was tired, overweight and somewhat depressed.
I love to cook, never buy processed foods, and try to maximize nutrition. What I didn’t realize was that, even though I cook from “scratch”, I was simply overeating. I was preparing comfort foods too often, involving gravies, potatoes, homemade sour dough breads, etc. once I cut out all the grains is when I started to feel more alive. More energy, no gut issues. Waking earlier and skipping my afternoon nap.
Also, I wasn’t as hungry.
The alkagizers and tons of fresh greens, with a side of fish, beef or chicken absolutely filled me up.
I look at food as a tool for health now, rather than a source of comfort.
I lost 32 lbs! I feel wonderful and capable of maintaining my good health.
Thank you, Eric!
