"WildFit helped me to stop craving junk food"

I'm a 42 year old single mom, with a 5 year old, a thriving chiropractic practice, and an autoimmune disease, Hadhimoto's. I've got a degree in nutrition, but before Wildfit managing my own weight was a real challenge. I manage my thyroid without medication through diet and lifestyle, but getting back to my pre- baby weight hasn't happened for 6 years. And I have a Nutrition degree! Wildfit helped me to stop craving junk food period. It improved my sleep and energy. I not only know how to easily and quickly lose weight, but I finally have a clear idea how to keep it off permanently, which is something that I've worried about for 5 years. My thoughts around and relationship to food are permanently changed.
