Before this Quest, I was struggling to reconized why I was eating without being hungry. After Wild Fit Challenge I feel empowered to make my decision with confidence about eating and about my emotions. The food devil is a life-changing fact for me and also de Sugar Monster. WildFit has given me all the answers I needed to be my own boss with food. 
 The reason I enrolled in WildFit is the fact that after fasting, aster exercising to my best, I still had doubts regarding my eating habits.. Now I know. I recommend this quest to anyone who wants to take control of their emotions and mindfulness regarding eating and overeating. WildFit is my identity. I finally identify myself to the best of everything involved in a great Fitness For Life. ! Thanks, Eric!
