"WildFit has been well worth my time so thank you for the journey"

I was doing 2 weeks Covid-19’s hotel quarantine in Sydney flying in from Denmark. The food we were given had variety but was full of sugar to the extent that most ended up in the bin. With plenty of time on my hands, I came across Wildfit and signed up because? I could!
I didn’t need to loose weight but I did have some emotional cravings. So back on the farm it was all in.
The water was the biggest challenge.
In deep spring I lost 3 kg and went down a size in jeans, so I soon added some root veggies. Also from sleeping really well, I started waking up during the night with cramps in my legs and incredibly dry mouth that has eased leaving deep spring.
Growing up in Denmark on sourdough rye bread and oat porridge, breakfast has been the biggest challenge.
I wanted to feel 10 years younger and hoped to see a difference other than skinny legs but I can’t say I feel any different. I live a busy physical life here on the sheep farm.
What have I gained? Knowledge about my cravings. Knowledge about food industry.
What will I take with me? The alkagizer prime, I use it as a dressing on my lunch salad.
Wildfit has been well worth my time so thank you for the journey.
