"The success I have achieved on this program was 30 lbs of weight release and 24 inches reduced around my body!"

I just finished the 90-day Wildfit health transformational journey and I am so grateful that I finally decided to join.

This program is about your health, it is more than just weight loss, it is a health awakening! This is not a “diet” this is a program that teaches you what your body thrives on and also deals with your psychological attachments to food. I have done a few diets in the past and had vowed never to spend money again trying to lose weight as I was never able to sustain the outcome.

This program caught my eye, firstly because Mindvalley supported it and secondly because it had a huge emphasis on the psychological relationship with food. This aspect alone is worth this program’s weight in gold!

The success I have achieved on this program was 30 lbs of weight release and 24 inches reduced around my body! Painful achy hips that would wake me up in the morning was gone within the first 2 weeks (or less?), dry skin patches on my hands and feet cleared up, also early on in the program – I attest that to getting the proper hydration I needed for my body size. My taste buds have returned! No longer are my senses dulled with all the added sugar in a great many of the foods we typically consume – you would be surprised where all that poisonous sugar is hiding! I did this program over Canadian Thanksgiving and I was astounded and amazed I could recognize what parts of the traditional Thanksgiving meal are not really food at all! I was able to blissfully choose foods that served me and not pay a second thought to those foods that would have made me feel sick and bloated, including not indulging in alcohol that always made me feel off balance.
This is food freedom! Proper food freedom is being able to say no to any food at any time without any longing or willpower due to addictions or cravings. I used to be the first person in line for dessert or to eat chocolate and chips for dinner! No more! I am a new person after this complete mind, body, and soul transformation! I am a new person! It took a village!

I am so grateful to the Wildfit program as designed by Eric Edmeades, the amazing Wildfit coaches and my tribe for all the support and information along the way! I am confident that I can sustain my new healthy way of nourishing (not poisoning) my body, so that my body has what it needs to heal and thrive for the rest of my days.
