"Eric’s course and supportive coaches have helped me untangle my emotional connection, pull and love to food"

As someone who grew up with an Italian Nanna who made incredible food made with love, the answer to most things was “eat!”.
As food was scarce for my mother growing up too, with food in a more healthy abundance, she carried her mother’s “eat” concept to us. We ate a rainbow of healthy homemade food, but at celebrations, it became easy to indulge to “please”.

Being part of a large family gifts plenty of opportunities to indulge! This rippled to traveling the world indulging in many different local cuisines too.

Eric’s course and supportive coaches have helped me untangle my emotional connection, pull and love to food. I will always love and appreciate tasty food, but now my taste buds and beliefs have been cleared, it will be chosen and eaten with consciousness. Thanks to all involved in bringing this course to the world and Mindvalley.
