"The biggest OMG moment for me was when I realized that I had gone a month without a headache"

I came into this program wanting to lose some weight and also curious about seasonal eating.
What I gained was so much more valuable than being able to lose a few pounds.
I did lose over 10 lbs. and 4 inches on my waist. I am now around 135 - 140 lbs with a waist jean size of 28 inches (I use to be 32).
However, that doesn't touch on the fact that I now have true control of what I am eating.
The biggest OMG moment for me was when I realized that I had gone a month without a headache which I use to get a minimum of once a week. They would sometimes be so bad that I would have to take 3 Tylenol and just try to sleep it off.
