WILDFIT

"The biggest gift I have received from doing the WildFit challenge was to up level my consciousness about connection between health and food."

The reason why I decided to do the WildFit 90 days challenge was not the weight loss, but to gain the knowledge about what the real human diet is and to enhance my overall health.
Even though, my goal was not on weight loss I still have released 8 kg. I did not take all my measurements, except my belly, where I have released 12 cm. Before WildFit I had 58 kg and at the end of the quest I had 50 kg, also, I had 86 cm around my belly and now there is 73 cm. That was real joy for me because I don't remember when did I have flat belly in my past. Moreover, the cellulite on my thighs and  butt reduced, awesome. Also, I had some kind of a nod on my right eyebrow for years, and it was slowly growing, and for the first time, doing the WildFit, it has been reduced. Now, it is not visible anymore.  My period has come back for one month (on april 29.) only, maybe because I have 9 months old baby and I still breastfeeding him. During the WildFit journey I have noticed that my baby urine had a very strong and intense smell too, I would say because of alkaliser prime.

The weight release was not hard for me, but the biggest gift I have received from doing the WildFit challenge was to up level my consciousness about connection between health and food. Also, I have become more aware and mindful about eating and about food industry.

Finally, maybe it would be good to somehow connect WildFit with Marisa Peer program on healthy food eating, so people could more easily fight with their cravings. Thank You!
