"Thank you Eric Edmeades and all of the coaches for changing my life!"

Before this program I drank coffee every morning "to wake up" and I craved chocolate every day. I knew I was addicted to certain foods and eating unconsciously. I also had a history of success on diet programs only to gain it all back a year later. I am now in week 13 of WildFit, and I have lost 13 lbs and 14 inches off my body and I feel fantastic! I have the confidence to learn from my "mistakes" (experiments), and to make the choices that support my body and my goals for extraordinary health and vitality. I now think of coffee and chocolate as occasional foods, but not at all "necessary." I am FREE! Thank you Eric Edmeades and all of the coaches for changing my life!
