"After 90-days I released 18 lbs and 30-inches overall"

My health was heading for the Pre-Diabetes on-ramp towards the Diabetes freeway. I knew I had to take control of the steering wheel and change directions in a big way. Then I saw the road to Wildfit. On Wildfit I learned about nutrition, why my body needed certain nutrients, and why I ate sugar and junk food. My eating habits changed and so did my relationship with food. 

After 90-days I released 18 lbs and 30-inches overall. And it wasn't just weight. The inflammation & swelling in my calf went away. Wildfit has been the best thing FOR my LIFE-time.
