"Since completing the challenge I have food freedom!!!!"

My Relationship before Wildfit with food was a love-hate one. I also had no freedom form any of it. I struggled to cut sugar and dairy and wheat and grains out Since completing the challenge I have FOOD FREEDOM!!!! I am free to choose anything without it being influenced by outside people or ads.
What drew me to Wildfit was weightloss but more important than that how to eat properly what to eat properly. I found that with WIldfit a structured plan that I needed to follow to get me to where I am now.
My biggest A-Ha was food freedom. I was out on vacation during week 9. I knew it was going to be a challenge but I was able to stick with the plan except for the day we went home. I had to make a choice to eat the crap food or to not eat and go without food the day. I thought and decided to eat the crap because we were at that point not supposed to get hungry. So I had egg and cheese on a homemade biscuit. I did feel a bit down on myself for choosing that which had been out of my diet for so long. I did learn that I really do not like cheese anymore and even homemade biscuits are not as good as I once thought.
Exciting and positive results were weight release, not at my goal yet but I am getting there., more energy, sleeping a bit better, the positive outlook from the breathing exercise. I will never ever go back to anything else. This simple works!!! I don’t even miss what we took holidays from. I decided to put them on my NEVER LIST!!!!! Again I am in complete control of my health. That is PRICELESS!!
I love the quest platform it is amazing!! I would not change anything.
How would I rate my Wildfit Experience? I would give 1 million stars if I could. I wanted to do this years ago but had no money. I am glad the universe aligned and allowed me the money to do this.
