"Reasons why I recommend this Quest is that it is doable and it can be done for life"

Before this Quest, my life was good, and I was on the road to better health and weight loss.
After taking this Quest, I feel empowered to live a Wildfit life for the rest of my life.
The reason I enrolled in this Quest was that I tried other plans with little but not lasting success.
What I was hoping to achieve weight loss and learn some new skills to have lifelong success.
Reasons why I recommend this Quest is that it is doable and it can be done for life if the choice to do so is made.
Areas of my life in which I’ve noticed the biggest changes in my life is my internal dialogue about food choices as it relates to my internal dialogue.
My top 3 takeaways or insights during/after finishing this Quest are don't listen to sugar devil, check my food hungers, most don't exist, stay hydrated.
The biggest positive change(s) I’ve noticed are my view of real food and how the body feels.
I will do Wildfit in some capacity for life.
