Before this program I was reasonably healthy but struggled with energy and a few aches and pains. 

The 2020 COVID belly had also expanded! So with maybe 4-5kgs to “release” I was mostly looking for energy improvements. 

My relationship with food has always had a strong emotional element and my weight has cycled since I was 15. 
I am now 58. In the last 5 years I have had less drastic fluctuations as my level of self development has grown but still had struggles with my inner dialogue. 

The fundamental message that food is there to support all of the functions that the body is required to do on a minute-to-minute basis really resonated. I have been in the health industry for over 30 years as a nurse, massage therapist and fitness professional so knew this but still expected miracles! Good Food tastes good and can make your body sing! 
The gentle introduction to the basics of life, water and breathing. The connection to stress and its impact on holding on to weight! So simple yet so effective. 

Post-program most obvious is 8kg lost and between 9 and 11 cms around my middle and hips. 
The subtleties are not having to put 2 feet on each step when I wake up in the morning, being able to cue group fitness classes better as my fingers are more flexible, better sleep, calmer mindset and better energy.
