"I lost weight and inches on this quest, developed a new relationship with food"

I chose to take the Wildfit Quest because I have struggled with my weight my entire life and I was tired of trying new diets, only to regain any of the weight I had lost and then some. I was intrigued by the idea that I could create a lifestyle that would strengthen my health and learn to become mindful of my food decisions and how these impacted my overall health and how I felt. While on this quest, I learned to follow my food dialogue and really consider what hunger I was satisfying and encouraged to take care of the specific hunger rather than just eat mindlessly. I lost weight and inches on this quest, developed a new relationship with food and have started on a new lifestyle which puts my health first. I am so grateful for what I have learned.
