"I have lost 17 pounds"

Last day of 90 day program!
I have lost 17 pounds (22# if you count the 5# I gained in weeks 1 and 2)! I lost 2 inches on each thigh and I can see light between my legs (HUGE)! My hips are down 2 3/8 inches, my calves and ankles are down 1/2 inch each and my biceps are down 1 1/4 each. So far my extremities are thinner than my trunk though I did lose 1 inch off my bust and 3/4 inches below the boobs (back fat). I have not lost any weight since the fast but it could release at any time. I will stay on Spring for the foreseeable future as I have 75 to 85 pounds still to lose. But I will eat Fruit on Saturday mornings and do a water fast once a week 24-36 hours. Best wishes to all living on WildFit!
