"During the program, I let go of 30 lbs. and now weigh 169.4 lbs"

I would say that I have been living a very healthy lifestyle for the past 25 years: all organic food, wild-caught fish, no sodas, no cravings for sweet things, except the two teaspoons of coconut sugar and ½ & ½ in my one cup of organic coffee in the morning. I have had a more sedentary life now that I turned 63, and most of my work is in front of the computer. So I added a few pounds until I could no longer stand looking at my profile and was wondering who on Earth was staring back at me in the bathroom mirror. As I started to see 190 lbs. on the scale, I was panicking a bit as I did not want to see the number 200! I had never been on a “diet,” as I was always slim, trim, and fit.
I intended to call in a program that was not a diet, and as soon as I was determined to change my life and put it out there in the Universe, along came WildFit via the fantastic platform of Mindvalley. Listening to Eric Edmeades and Vishen Lakhiani, I instantly felt that this was my path back to wellness! I signed up and gave it my 100% commitment from beginning to end. I did not even have a PCP until about a year ago, I do not have any chronic illnesses, but I knew that there was inflammation in my digestive tract and my joints; I felt stiff and tired, had a constant nasal drip that even irritated my throat, and, of course, the excess weight that at the beginning of the WildFit Journey crept up to 195.2 lbs. Additionally, I was completely dehydrated and felt more like a desert camel as I could not get myself to drink water. Coffee and wine would further dehydrate me, so WildFit was my saving grace!
What a surprise that we did not cut out all the so-called food that was not serving us. For the first two weeks, we added more and more vegetables, the yummy green smoothie they call the “Mild Alkagizer,” and lots of fruits that I was not attracted to before as they usually were too sweet for me. I started to love the fruit and looked forward to waking up and having it on an empty stomach. I can undoubtedly say that between the increased water intake and eating so many nutritious veggies and yummy meats, I gained another four pounds. One morning during the first two weeks, as I looked down, there appeared the number 200 between my two big toes! Oh boy! At least I was well into my journey and trusted the process. It’s okay; my body had to adapt to the new way of life.
As the new enhancements appeared every Friday, I cannot say it was a surprise to let go of some food for some time. We got so many excellent and informative videos to watch, and when the buffer zone was over, it was not so difficult to let go of certain foods to give our pancreas, liver, and digestive tract a break so our body had a chance to heal. It was beautiful to have so much support during the process.

The coaches were terrific, and it was always fun when Eric decided to pop in during the live calls. The WildFit community is incredible, and you learn so much from everyone as we share our ups and downs, wins and speedbumps. I learned so much, and as I love to cook, I got to experiment with so many more healthy recipes that some coaches would post on our Facebook group.
Here we are at the end of the 90-day WildFit Challenge, and now it continues with Living WildFit. How can anyone go back to where we were? I have so much more energy every day. Ever since I dropped the coffee, my sleep is so much deeper, but I don’t even need as much sleep anymore. If I do, I allow myself to nap if it is convenient that day. I have a much better connection to my body and feelings, and I am so much more mindful and observant. During the program, I let go of 30 lbs. and now weigh 169.4 lbs. Yes, there is more to release, yet I am allowing myself to go through the seasons and will move back into Spring when the Full Moon approaches. When I did the three-day water fast while in the program, I decided to go into Spring for a few days, then be in the Winter season, and come out of it and back into Spring again every month. Otherwise, I love Summer and Fall because of the yummy fruit. As my organs adjust to the new way of being, I want to be gentle with my body, and I have so much more time to release even more. When I let go of the weight, it seemed to drop during the night, and each morning I felt lighter and lighter.
My sinus congestion has also disappeared, I have lost inches all over my body, and I am constantly getting compliments on how happy and “fabulous” I look. Going to the gym is also feeling better, and now I can add some body toning to the usual time in the pool.
I want to send my heartfelt gratitude to Eric and all the coaches, especially Coach Kerry Dell, who has been guiding me twice each week with so much information and inspiration. I feel very blessed to have found WildFit and look forward to continuing to live it!
With gratitude,
 Ingrid

I released 10% of my body weight and a total of 81.4cm across my body, all without any exercise as that isn’t an option for me. I’m pleased to have released that weight and the toxins too.
