Exactly what I wanted. I wanted a new lifestyle for eating... and I got it! I also wanted to release that "spare tire" around my mid-section... and I got that! I lost 4.5 inches from my mid-section. YES! My relationship to food has changed forever. All my cravings are gone. Dairy, processed food, refined sugars, breads, starchy carbs, chocolate (which I never thought I could go without), alcohol, grains and unhealthy food are no longer part of my life.
