Before I started the WildFit challenge I had a lot of bad habits I wanted to break up with like eating chocolate, drinking coffee although I don't like it, this was more a social thing.
I released 12-13 pounds, I got more energy during the day, I need less sleep now, I can go without sugar - this is just a matter of choice. I have learned that I am a powerful person. WildFit is a healthy way to reset your body in a good, healthy way. A lot of ppl do it in unhealthy ways and I did it in this way before as well...
