“My migraines have decreased, and I've been able to wean myself off a lot of my insomnia medication”

I started Wildfit at 189 pounds with insomnia, migraines, and adult acne.
I was also on a lot of medication. I completely stuck with the program even though going on vacation to an all inclusive resort. And am still in deep spring as I have about 25 more pounds to go, but am down to 158 pounds. My migraines have decreased, and I've been able to wean myself off a lot of my insomnia medication. So I would highly recommend this program to anyone for health and losing weight.
