"My joints don't hurt and I can go up and down the stairs with ease"

Before this program I was overweight, on the obese side of the chart. I had painful knees and joints, I had a very hard time going up and down the stairs and playing with my grandchildren, laying or sitting on the ground was slow and painful.
Even though I felt I was in pretty good health, I can feel after this program, my overall health has improved, I feel lighter and more mobile. My joints don't hurt and I can go up and down the stairs with ease.

I have better control of what I eat and understand why and what it can do to my body. I have a better understanding, love and respect for my body and what it has done for me all these years.

Thank you to Eric and the Wildfit team, as well as all the participants for their constant support, recipes and encouragement.
