"My eating habits have totally changed"

I enrolled to change my health and lose weight and the way I ate. I now eat more vegetables than ever in my life. I have embraced the alkagizer and cannot imagine a day without one. I no longer have sinus drainage, inflammation in my body especially my legs. I am able to sleep through the night and I wake up with energy. My attitude has improved and I do not get agitated over little things. Overall, I feel I gained my hope and positive attitude back towards life and have something to look forward to. I laugh more. My eating habits have totally changed with an awareness of choosing something healthy and watching my emotional hungers. I AM GRATEFUL for Eric all his team and Mindvalley for providing such an incredible program. I look forward to San Diego and joining Facebook fit the tribes mindvalley as this was one area I was not involved in and want to add this to a more connected community. Thanks

"On WildFit I've eliminated the bulk of the foods that have been aggravating the inflammation and Fibromyalgia symptoms and I know I will continue to improve."

I realized 6 months ago that sticking to a "diet" where I deny myself certain foods was only sustainable for 2 - 3 months, then my will power would fizzle out and I'd start eating carbs and sugars again and put the weight back on and more. So I'd pretty much given up on ever losing the excess wei...
