"My biggest takeaway is in my confidence ?- yes, I lost 16.7 lbs and 30 inches"

It was indeed a rollercoaster ride for me. My accountability group and the support of the coaching calls got me through.

After putting on the COVID 20+ lbs, I started my weight loss journey in December at 185. I lost 15 lbs over 3 months (lost 8lbs the first week) but I felt lousy eating fake food. I was praying that WildFit was going to work. I didn't realize that as a diabetic, that my daily fruit bowls were draining all of my energy. I thought I was doing the right thing by buying mostly fruits and vegetables.
But 3 days into deep Spring, I sprung to life?. Wow, it was dramatic. I could barely take care of my 2-year-old grandson one day to chasing after him at the playground the next day.
The coaching got me through that dark period as I laid in bed begging for help.

My biggest takeaway is in my confidence ?- yes, I lost 16.7 lbs and 30 inches. I used my weight as a shield in life. I was never comfortable in my skin nor moving my body. Today, I am floating and gliding in my skin and body at 62 years old. As I was taking my pictures, I was standing and posing with total confidence. Yeah ???????? Here's to the next 30 years as a Sassy woman who happens to be a Grandmother ?? The victory is ours!!!
