"It even helped with letting go of other aspects of my life that where no longer healthy for me. Absolutely incredible."

I was overweight, unfit, unable to control my cravings, tired all the time and quite depressed at the beginning of the programme.
I lost weight and lots of inches, learned a huge amount about myself emotionally and psychologically, lots about the food industry, and about what the human diet should be, and made lots of great new friends.
I absolutely loved the way things were revealed to us, and I loved trusting the process. It even helped with letting go of other aspects of my life that were no longer healthy for me.
Absolutely incredible.
