That time I wanted to quit my job and move to Malaysia, literally .I signed for the quests ,and did a few programs with Jim Kwik and Ben Greenfield. I had a plan this year to go study to become a nutritionist)and as warmup for this idea I had chosen the Wildfit program.
And yes,I tempted to lose maybe 2kg as a bonus.. I wasn’t going to post “success story ”it would be pretty ordinary after seeing all this beautiful and excited story and transformation in the group. It didn’t change much in my diet during the program, alkagizer and water become my biggest achievements.
I've been struggling a bit with monotone food at week 6-9. The food dialogs was more diplomatic then arguable. And I was freaking out when I started to gain, .....”whatever, I can put weight off later...it just experiment “and I just followed the program. The winter was the first time when my scale back to normal. I cheated with alcohol and the weirdest thing the next day I had my Ketons back.It took all my will power to not use it as a hack)) After the final day of the program I jumped into my kitchen and wanted to bake my fav carrot cake(all organic no refined sugar).And ,I did it twice.i think ,I don’t like it anymore...
My success: -less stress -more energy, more focus at work especially at night shift -less sleeping hours -better skin, it’s glowing -whiter teeth and eyes -better body composition(I didn’t lost any kg,and didn’t gain Lord,thanx!) I eliminated all dairy, finally, got rid from ketchup, my cooking skills are improving)but , I should admit,I still smoking and will try to stop in near days. I very satisfied with the program and the results I got. I have more clear /conscious vision about my food intake and I like the seasonal approach at this matter . I would like to be in the team ,and maybe will move forward for coaching program. Thank you.
