"I was able to release 15 pounds"

All his life Raymond struggled with weight, he had tried diets here and there in the past with varying results but nothing that ever really seemed to work for him. After being introduced to the WildFit program by Eric he was told that he was to change nothing but instead just had to listen to the inner voice, the one that tells you the wrong things to do. He began to listen, and Raymond was shocked when he became conscious of it, and he then knew it was an input that he could choose to listen to or not. He took back control and was then able to release 15 pounds. Now his whole psychology is different, he has switched off that inner voice and now he is in charge.
