"I've changed my thinking about food"

Before my Wildfit quest I was 25 lbs overweight, didn't like my clothes being so tight and knew I wanted to change my health. I signed up for Wildfit to do just that. I'm thrilled with the results.

I released 17 lbs (8 to go), released inches and like how I fit into my clothes. I have Hashimoto's Hypothyroidism which is an autoimmune disease and one of the best things is that my thyroid medications have been decreased during this quest as my thyroid function has improved.

I've been so happy with the progress I've made. I've changed my thinking about food and am reading labels to avoid eating sugar and preservatives - I had no idea they put sugar in pretty much everything.
I've learned so much during these 3 months. The time flew by. I highly recommend this journey to everyone who has a health challenge, wants to release weight and have more food freedom. In addition to all this you'll learn so much about the food industry and the damage it's done. I'm so grateful to have been on this journey.

I'm looking forward to continuing my journey in Living Wildfit.
