"I have gained so much more than size changes in terms of quality of life and control over my mind"

Coming in to this program I was very skeptical that it was going to be another fad diet I wasted my money on to see some results just to go back to my old habits within a few weeks. My experience was quite the opposite. I have struggled with emotional eating my entire life and have never been able to kick my sugar addiction until now. And I am not talking about using will power to avoid eating sugar, I am talking about a mind-shift where I do not desire, crave or think about sugar. Apples have become too sweet to my palette! I also cured my insomnia and overwhelming feeling of lethargy that came from a poor diet living an entrepreneurial lifestyle. In terms of quantitative results, I released 9 lbs and 18 inches total, but the biggest difference for me is I know: 1) I'm not going back to where I came from 2) I have gained so much more than size changes in terms of quality of life and control over my mind when it comes to food choices 3) I have inspired other people to adopt healthier choices through my actions and commitment 4) Have a found a new, sustainable way to live that positively affects all parts of my life and makes me feel AMAZING 5) It is still a work in progress and I am committed and excited to be living WildFit and keep seeing improvements along the way This is unlike any program I have ever done - it will change your mindset and heal your relationship with food if you do the work. And for that, I am immensely grateful.
