Over the past 90 days, so much has changed—inside and out.
🧠 Mind
I’ve learned to identify my food patterns and understand why I was eating the way I was. With that awareness, I was able to create new challenges and successfully change my habits.
By following the WILDFIT program, I learned how habits are formed—and more importantly, how to break old ones. I realized: you eat what you are familiar with. Now, I’m learning to build a new familiarity—one that supports my health, energy, and joy.
💪 Body
I lost a lot of weight—yes, that too!
But best of all, my loved ones have started noticing and are even beginning to make changes themselves. This ripple effect is one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.
✨ Spirit
I feel more in harmony. As I tune into my body, it feels good. Letting go of coffee was a big step for me. I used to love it with cream and sugar, but I no longer feel at peace with dairy after Wildfit. I’m now happy to vote with my dollars for a better food future.
The two things I was most reluctant to give up were coffee and chocolate. I had a cup of coffee at the end of the program and was SO excited to get it. I made a special trip to the coffee shop and savored every sip—it was amazing. Then I had a headache for 3 days.
That was the wake-up call.
I realized I loved the smell of coffee, but I don’t want it anymore.
💛 Final Thoughts
I’m extremely relieved and grateful for the healthy lifestyle that WILDFIT helped me create—between old habits and new freedom.
