"With WildFit I finally looked at my eating habits as a grown up"

My mother died when I was 12 and I was the one responsible for preparing food thereafter. Well, I somehow stayed on the food expectations of a 12 year old. Convenience food, pasta, etc. My father was pretty interested in healthy eating, following the whole grain/milk diet, which was definitively not healthy for me. So my idea about healthy eating was that it must taste bad and make you feel bad. With WildFit I finally looked at my eating habits as a grown up. Grains and milk Ino longer consider food for me. I have a much better idea on what is good for me and learned a lot about greens of all kind. I am still learning to prepare my food and more and more enjoy it. Some additional wins are, that my chewing muscles got stronger and so are my nails. I want to move and drink water and will certainly keep working on my eating habits and whats healthy for me
