"I've got the figure I used to have as 30 years old (half the age I am now)"

I'd already lost some weight but couldn't get below a certain level. Going through the Wildfit program has been amazing and I've learnt such a lot about myself and food.
Into the bargain, I've got the figure I used to have as 30 years old (half the age I am now). I've been working on myself all year and it's so nice to see the results of this.

My eating habits have changed for the better. Somethings I used to like I don't see the point of eating them anymore. If you're looking for lasting change and you are prepared to follow through with the program then I can wholeheartedly say you will be grateful to yourself at the end of the 90 days.
