Wildfit simply changed our lives forever. I came in just to support my husband. But we could never imagine the huge amount of knowledge that we would get from this wonderful program. We found that the famous food pyramid that we learned in med school (we are both doctors) is completely flawed and should be banned! Our bodies were not made for the excess sugars and carbohydrates that we are exposed to and we thought was normal.
We started to favor meats, eggs, leaves, lots of vegetables, healthy oils, nuts and complex carbohydrates, such as cassava and sweet potatoes. Varied fruits, but not in excess. Now, we never go hungry! Quite the opposite, we eat freely and stopped worrying about calories.
Over the course of a year, the transformation we observed in our bodies was simply absurd. Wlad has lost those extra 20 pounds (and counting), and his body changed completely, gaining a lot of muscle mass. Now he is getting lean and defined, also aided by Ronan and the 10x program.
I kept my weight but, at 51 years of age, I went back to my mid-twenties body. Something we never expected. Anyway… that's it.
I thought that physical exercise was everything, but found I needed to review my concepts. What defines our body is mainly what we eat!
